Our fund provides a safety net of financial support for the music community by providing one-time emergency funds for basic living expenses like rent utilities and food for qualifying Fresno County musician, and their Families.

Relief Fund Vision
To establish a fund in perpetuity for Fresno County musicians and their families, that will raise the quality of life in our musical community.
Firstly,

We will attempt to facilitate work for our musician family.
Thirdly,
We will write and propose a musical therapy program for nursing homes, hospitals, schools and adult daycare centers.
Bylaws Relief Fund
* Practice non-malfeasance. Avoid harm.
* Protect the information of all applicants.
* Ensure fairness in all application reviews. The members of that review will be selected for neutrality. An ethics evaluator will additionally be used to avoid conflict of Interest.
* The ability to work at artistry is the premier consideration.
* Attempts to find employment will be supplemented and supported.
* Working artists are not to be displaced for This purpose.
Description of Services:
* The area served is Fresno County.
* All services recommended are based in Fresno County. These services include food distribution and medical resources.
* A printout of available services will be given with a fund request.
* Any end all benefits will be shared equally with all members and applicants, without regard to race, religion, gender, age or disability.
* Board members may apply and may apply to qualify for any benefit.
* The fund may hire needed employees for special tasks that are time limited.
* Depending on expenditure and size of investment, the board may have to ratify.
* In our view families qualify at the same time as the artist. In the event of the artist’s death (the sole supporter), the family retains the proxy to apply.
* Stakeholders, members, and the board will provide oversight and decisions in the matters of cash funding and employment.
